Adding Bluetooth to a Pocket PC

Many new Pocket PCs contain Wi-Fi or Bluetooth wireless networking technologies. Make a Bluetooth connection between your Pocket PC and other computers (including other Pocket PCs) by following these steps:

1.Tap Start, Settings and then tap the Connections tab.

2.Tap the Bluetooth icon to open the Bluetooth connection panel.

3.Turn on Bluetooth and enable discovery by adding a checkmark next to each box.

4.Tap the Devices tab and then tap New Partnership.

5.In the list of devices that appears, tap the name of the device to which you want to connect, and then tap Next.

If the desired computer or device isn't listed, make sure it is discoverable or in pairing mode and then tap Refresh.

6.Enter a passkey and then tap Next.

Computers usually require a unique passkey, but devices like headsets and GPS receivers usually use the hard-to-remember passkey 0000.

7.Select services you want to use with the device and tap Save.
